1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the betjhili platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

- You have only one active betjhili account. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances pending investigation.
betjhili reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — at any point to confirm eligibility. Accounts that cannot be verified as meeting the above criteria will be suspended pending investigation, and any funds held in such accounts will be reviewed in accordance with our anti-fraud procedures.
3. Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account on betjhili, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number registered in your own name. You are prohibited from providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information. Any account created using inaccurate details may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one betjhili account. If betjhili identifies that a player is operating more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — betjhili reserves the right to suspend all such accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonus balances, and retain deposited funds pending a full investigation. Players who believe they have inadvertently created a duplicate account must contact support@betjhili immediately to resolve the duplication before it is identified by our system.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
betjhili operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name, photograph, and date of birth.
- Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address in Bangladesh.
- Proof of payment method: A screenshot or statement confirming that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits belongs to you personally.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by betjhili may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. betjhili is not liable for any financial loss arising from a player's delay in providing the required documents.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjhili username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. betjhili recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any two-factor authentication features available on the platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betjhili immediately at support@betjhili so that your account can be secured.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳1,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method. VIP account holders are entitled to higher daily withdrawal limits as detailed in the betjhili VIP Programme terms. betjhili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
4.3 Processing Times
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your betjhili account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are generally settled within one to three business hours. betjhili is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays.
4.4 Currency
All betjhili account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, bets, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). There are no currency conversion fees applied by betjhili. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard should be aware that their card-issuing bank may apply foreign transaction fees independently of betjhili — such charges are the player's responsibility and are outside betjhili's control.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your betjhili account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets must meet a minimum odds threshold of 1.50 to qualify for bonus wagering contribution.
5.3 Bonus Abuse & Exploitation
betjhili strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-risk or hedging betting strategies designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine gameplay risk; or colluding with other players to accumulate bonus entitlements. Where betjhili identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, suspend the player's account, and refer the matter to its anti-fraud team for further investigation.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on betjhili are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to that market, which are published within the sports betting section of the platform. betjhili reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, incomplete matches (subject to sport-specific void rules), or where betjhili has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event has been compromised. In the case of a voided bet, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.
Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are particularly popular on betjhili. Players should note that Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted as official for all limited-overs cricket markets where weather interruptions occur.
6.2 Casino Games
All casino games available on betjhili — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified studios — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, on physical dealing outcomes from professionally operated studios. betjhili does not manipulate game outcomes. 6.3 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, server interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a bet or casino game round, betjhili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. betjhili will not honour bets or game results that are clearly produced by a technical error, including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, jackpot amounts, or game states caused by a system fault.
7. Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased within the same calendar period.

8. Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your betjhili account at any time by submitting a written request to support@betjhili. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (after deducting any non-withdrawable bonus funds and pending wager settlements) will be returned to your nominated payment method within five business days, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by betjhili
betjhili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
- Operation of multiple accounts
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors
- Behaviour deemed abusive, threatening, or harassing toward betjhili staff or other players
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or other prohibited tools
Where betjhili suspends or closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. betjhili will communicate its findings and the outcome of any investigation to the player within a reasonable timeframe.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. betjhili will notify players by email before any dormancy fee is applied. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the account balance of a dormant account after this notification period. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be permanently closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
